Supervisory Software
Windows based MC-100 supervisory software. Simply load the software on a PC in a desired location and connect a single signal from the field network. Designed for plant-wide control and monitoring of up to 2400 circuits of electrical heat trace on one license. Change setpoints, alarm thresholds and trip levels on any circuit connected to the network. Monitor real time data, alarms and measured values on any circuit connected to the network. Collect statistics, log data and chart circuit trends. Backup and restore setpoints. Password protect key operational parameters. Program non-critical heater load shedding conditions. Requires hard-wiring between all control modules in the system. Every module requires a unique node number.
MR-100
Local or Remote display interface with a tactile keypad and 2-line, 16-character LCD. This interface can be mounted on the panel door or in a remote location up to 4000 feet away. It connects with MasterTrace control modules (5 or 10-cct) and MS-2100 series controllers through RS-485 shielded twisted pair cable for up to 30 total connections. The LCD has an operational temperature rating of -20C/-4F. Optional vacuum-fluorescent display is available for operational temperatures down to -40C/-40F. Proper mounting technique in a correctly sized panel cut-out results in a Type-4X rating. Standard stainless steel bezel. Optional stainless steel and Plexiglas shroud for added protection from the elements. Approved for use in hazardous areas.
